How are project rates determined?

The assessment of a project quote is based upon the expected hours required for a projects' completion. This is determined by a variety of factors including project size, desired artistic style and presentation, desired project completion time, and requested color variations.

What is the typical project completion time?

Project turnaround is a difficult question to answer since each project can vary considerably in scope. The best answer is that each project will be completed as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality or your involvement. As a frame of reference, a single character design illustration, with 3+ client approval stages, will move from concept to final coloration in about 2 weeks . For time sensitive projects, shorter lead and production times can be requested.

How do I communicate with my project artist(s)?

Currently all client/artist communication is done via email correspondence. Though we are U.S. based, many of our clients are international, making email the simplest and most ideal method of communication. Your project artist(s) will communicate closely with you over the course of your project and is overseen by a project director. If you encounter any problems at all with communication, simply contact us via our customer support form.

How will artwork be delivered?

After project completion, an email will be sent containing a link to download your project files from our secure server. This link will remain active for 2 weeks whereafter your files will be permanently stored on our local server. Upon request, these files can be retrieved and provided at any time.

What is the payment schedule and method?

Typically 25% of the full project fee is required at project onset. The remaining 75% will be not be required until after your approval of the final proofs. (Proofs will be sent as low-resolution files) All payments are made via Paypal and include only the contractually established project quote. No Taxes, shipping, or any additional fees will be assessed.
